Javelina

Encountered a a group of javelina returning from a hike late this afternoon. I have encountered javelina numerous times before so not a problem. Stood still and they milled about including walking up to me, snorting and snifing. Unlike other encounters they did not click their teeth or raise bristles. Counted 11 but did not see any small ones, kept my head in one direction and I heard other ones nearby.
