VENTURA, Calif. - The Mystery Tree Planter has struck again. Someone is planting trees in the parks of Ventura County in Southern California.
Two more oaks were planted this month, adding to the 20 planted since early last year.
Local officials say putting in those trees takes work, not to mention shovels, rakes and other tools. But no has reported seeing the 21st century Johnny Appleseed.
Parks officials say they want more trees, so the tree planter doesn't have to worry about getting into trouble.

Well I see a problem with it even if the county there doesn't. It's a great idea but what if everybody started doing it?

If everyone started doing it we might have a lot of trees. What's the problem with that? Especially if they aren't an invasive or agressive species. _________________ Cogito ergo ambulo cum sacculo
