Well, since you are all on the subject of trees, I need advice on the best tree to plant in my back yard. I need shade, no mess and something that takes little care as far as trimming. IF we get a pool in the future, would it be a good one for that?

HELP please. I only know about Oaks, Maples and Elms from NW Indiana.

What is the best tree?????
