Randy my best wishes for a full recovery. I'll keep you in my prayers.
Just a word of encouragement, gpsjoe needed surgery on his spine last year and today he is as good as new. We just completed a week of heavy backpacking in the Grand Canyon. _________________ SUN_HIKER

Listen to your physical therapist. If you don't like him/her get another one. You can do it. It will all be worth it when you are on the trail in the silent forest, or pushing through the catclaw to see a waterfall. _________________ You can rest when you're dead |

Ditto to everyone elses responses....and many prayers are in the air for you! Keep on that nutritional bandwagon, that in itself will help immensely! _________________ And this our life, exempt from public haunt,
