This coming Saturday morning, the board may get a little weird for a bit. Just be patient if you're on and it will get straightened up shortly. We'll be doing a little maintennce.
Now don't all of you stay home to watch and not go hiking, just because it's raining this weekend.

On that note, there will almost certainly be some lost functionality. Some of the features that have been added over the last couple of years may be temporarily unavailable or may not function correctly. This includes the gallery, articles, links and calendar, among other things. I will be working as time allows to restore them. If any of you geeks out there would like to help in the effort, it would be most appreciated. For the most part, you don't need advanced knowledge of php and html to make the modifications, they come with very explicit directions. If you're interested in helping, shoot GTG a message (not me please, he runs the server, I code, he'll have to set you up with access). He will let me know who's volunteered and I'll get in touch with you from there.
Hopefully this upgrade won't completely disable the board, only some of the features. In the long run, it will make the site more secure and in this day and age, that's a good thing. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. _________________ |

Please excuse the mess for a bit. We're right in the middle of the upgrade. Hopefully things will be back up in a bit.

A few things will be missing or not working correctly for the time being, the gallery and the portal page, among others. These things will take time to restore, so we appreciate your patience. _________________ |

Appreciate your efforts guys, while I was trying to be out hiking in the Galiuros...Hee-ha! however, it was not to be... This storm and heavy-duty rain fall, made it impossible!

Yep. But ain't it great! I tell people that grumble about it, "when it stops we don't know when its coming back, so enjoy it". Not only that, but I am secretly hoping for an awesome monsoon season that I can set my watch to.
GTG, mike, thanks! You da guys for kicking booty on the site. _________________ "Don't complicate what ain't complicated." |

I just discovered that the journal isn't working properly. I'll try to debug that tonight, but in the meantime, don't try to edit or add anything to your journal, it'll just be lost. _________________ |
