FIRELINE LOOP BACKPACK (Eastern Superstitions)
Saturday, Sunday - March 29 & 30

Length: 15 miles Rating: Difficult
Elevation Change: +2,200
* Please contact Steve D if you are participating in this hike.
MEET at U.S. 60 and Power Road, in the Home Depot parking lot at 7 AM.
We will drive to the Champaign Trailhead located near Roosevelt Lake. High-clearance vehicle required. Departing from the Champaign Trailhead, via the Reavis Gap trail. We will climb to the highest peak in the range, visit historic Reavis Ranch, Circlestone, returning via the Fireline, Pinto Peak, and the beautiful Champaign Creek Trail. Water should be reliable. Be prepared for the unpredictable Spring weather.

If you stay at the ranc, dayhike Circlestone and then back to Rogers Trough, expect to put in 20 miles. More if you explore around the reanch, plus some if you gather firewood. This is a great trip, I wish I could do it again this soon.

Thanks !
The plan is to drop our backpacks on the way in on the Fireline & take the side trip to Circlestone THEN.
Afterwards gather our packs & head down to Reavis for camp, and then out the Reavis Gap trail on Sunday.
