I don't consistently take the same kind of multi vitamin on purpose-to get in one what another vit might lack. i buy my vitamins at wholefoods- wholefood/natural vitamins. it's prob not the cheapest, but i get what looks good when it's on sale. i'll also take C, Zinc, Echinacea, Goldenseal if I think i need it, take extra Calcium sometimes, and i'm now taking Ginko to get ready for Mt. Whitney. Some of the reading i've done about vitamins says that if u eat really well (which i pretty much do besides my added sweets), you don't really need vitamins, but who eats fresh organic food the way they're supposed to every day? so, I alternate and skip vit. days sometimes, too. |
