That is a great trail, we did it as a car camp in Rustler's Park, hiked to Rucker Lake area. The shuttle is a pain, tho, probably 50 miles. I feel its worth it tho, Rustler's Park is one of my favorite spots. Sounds like a summer AZHikers trip to me. _________________ The bear went over the mountain to see what he could see. |

Can't speak from experience, but "he whose name shall not be mentioned" did comment on wild flowers in some of his White Tanks trail descriptions. Think this was after the heavy rains in late '00 or '01. _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

When the Man waked up he said, "What is Wild Dog doing here?" And the Woman said, "His name is not Wild Dog anymore, but the First Friend, because he will be our friend for always and always and always. Take him with you when you go hunting."

Sounds like a great idea, no suggestions though. Let me know how it works out for you because that sounds like it could turn out really cool. |
