Pete is renting the Masterbedroom for $450/month

Hello all-
As many of you know, i am currently living in Germany as I have been gainfully employed by the Army for "awhile." As such, I have much of my house unused, including the garage, the masterbedroom, etc.
The room has its' own walk in closet, toilet, double vanity and shower.

I am offering to rent out my masterbedroom with a small 2nd bedroom, if need be. This would include full use of the house, a garage with opener, utilities, water, trash, and plenty of storage room, etc.

My former roomate of 1 year, who happens to be the nicest guy I know, lives in one of the other bedrooms. He does work two jobs and is hardly ever there and when he is, he hides in his room.

Anyway, I would love to rent the place out for up to a year.
