Place to stay in Prescott

This may seem early but I was hoping someone might have a suggestion on a place to stay in Prescott. I will be going up there with my daughter for the Whiskey Row Marathon once again in May. We have stayed at the Hotel Vendome most years and she believes in the haunted stories surrounding it making for a poor nights sleep. I am hoping for somewhere within walking distance of Whiskey Row that is small, maybe a B&B or something similar. I'm really not too familiar with what's up there and I prefer to go on a referral than pulling something off the internet. Any ideas? Thanks!
