Did a solo hike today from First Water Trailhead, via Dutchman Trail to Palomino Mtn. Climbed Palomino Mountain to the ridgeline, checked out Aylors Arch and scrambled around ridgeline, returned to First Water Trailhead via Black Mesa Trail and Second Water.

Both the weather and the views from atop Palomino Mtn were unbeatable.
Climb to the top requires some bushwacking and scrambling on loose marble sized rocks. Ridgeline is only a few feet wide with major exposure (vertical).

Almost stepped on some Javalina, don't know who was more scared!!!
