we are having 2 different sessions of boot camp:

january 26th (sundays) 2002- zero eight hundred- base camp is at squaw peak. we will have
stretches, pt and a selected hike around the preserve. hikes will change weekly

february 1st (saturdays) 2002- zero eight hundred- base camp is on the green belt in scottsdale
(north of mcdowell)- drill will include stretching, pt, shadow boxing, run drills, killer ab
workout, volleyball etc, etc, etc. we believe this drill will have the most recruits, been told
that there will possibly be 40 troops in formation.

this is all free for 8\16 weeks (you can attend both sessions), no hidden charges. we just want to
motivate everyone to get off thier duff, have fun in a group session and push thier own limits-

Ok troops, your orders and dates are official! As a basic recruit you will be expected to reach
your full potential under my strict command (any questions?) within 8 weeks. The first 8 weeks are
free (hoo yah). Any one late will not be permitted to join unless they drop and give me 50
pushups. Also your orders are to recruit fellow “boots”- the more the better!!!! You have one
month to complete this simple goal (family-friends-enemies-ex spouses-convicts-) RECRUIT! RECRUIT!!RECRUIT!!!

Training will be in an open environment, so dress accordingly. Best to dress in layers if the
weather is cold (its only an element).

Water is a must! Bring an exercise mat if comfort is part of your agenda. Any one with profiles-
let me know in advance!!!

Lastly- please bring an positive attitude. For you gung ho folks out there- please leave all
weapons at home, this is not Iraq!!

If you need any more info please email or call- pinzuki@yahoo.com 602-359-9778 Please let me what session you will attend!

PERSONAL TRAINING

BOOT CAMP
LOOSE WEIGHT, FIRM UP, AND GET FIT WITH OUR FOUR-WEEK MILITARY-STYLE CARDOVASCULAR, ENDURANCE,
STRENGHT, AND FITNESS PROGRAM.

BOOT CAMP IS DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT AND GOAL ACHIEVMENT IN A SUPPORTIVE AND
ENCOURAGING GROUP SETTING. RECRUITS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COMPETE ONLY AGAINST THEMSELVES, BUT WORK
WITH OTHERS FOR THE VERY BEST RESULTS!

!!8 FREE WEEKS OF BOOT CAMP!!

Designed, organized, and led by military-trained fitness professionals.
Pre-recruitment military-style fitness assessment and body composition analysis.
Activities include: obstacle courses, calisthenics, and strength training, running, hiking and
motivational group support.

This outdoor group-training program combines all the necessary elements (cardiovascular, strength
and flexibility) together in a "play hard" format. You may use this as your only workout or you
may use it as a supplement to other activities such as cycling, running, weight training or yoga.
These intensive 60-minute sessions include running (for some that may be walking at first),
stretching, agility, balance and strengthening exercises. It is a progressive fitness program that
is designed for the fit and the "want to-be" fit. It will be challenging. You will play hard. You
will have a blast!

Progressive means it gets more challenging (sweat, pain and agony, baby!) every week. You are
encouraged to do more each week, as you get stronger and stronger. You are responsible for showing
up and showing up on time. The group dynamics make it challenging and motivating, each person
encourages each other do their best no matter what their fitness level. This program is for
everyone. Regardless of your fitness level, we will work with you. If you can't run, you start
with walking, if you can't do a regular push-up, we'll start you with a modified one. There are
varying levels, from beginners to advance. Everyone works out at his or her own level.

The program is challenging, but not so demanding that you burn out. We believe true results come
from consistency. It is an excellent cross-training program that will make you stronger and more
agile in other physical activities. You will get leaner, stronger, faster and improve your balance
and coordination.
