For those who need a even greater challenge than this trail, try the ascent of Jacinto via the north face (Snow Creek). Over 10000 foot gain in less than 6 miles. |

Or...if you are going to climb "Cactus to Clouds" this spring, you will have more than enough conditioning to bypass Camp Muir, and do the thing in one day. |
