What worked for me is simple make a poultice of baking soda and apply it directly to the bites, in a few minutes the itching stops, of course, this is only good for a few hours and must be reapplied, ... |

I have had poison oak, these bites are around my leg at the top of my socks, so it pretty much is localized and that is one of the signs of chiggers. Mosquito bites would have been all over my legs. ... |
