The luscious red saguaro fruit is traditionally harvested by the Tohono O’odham as part of their ceremonies to summon the monsoon. Learn how they view the Saguaro, as well as its legends, lore, and natural history! Please join us to plant your own Saguaro seed, hear the presenters and learn about our desert icon, see basket weaving demonstrations and live critters, and taste freshly-made saguaro syrup.
