Fortunate to have the time and inclination to go north this past weekend, spent time at this wonderful place on the Paria Plateau or Sand Hills area. I have spent time at the Wave, although not in recent years. This area is every bit as great, and without need for permit. It's small, but a photographer's delight. I car camped there and it was so quiet out there it was unbelievable. One other solo camper besides myself.
Give yourself time and light and the sandstone will delight----
Sandy and long driving, probably need 4wd although I made it in 2wd with the damp sand.

Beautiful pictures as always Letty, thanks for sharing these. So many wonderful places to see in this world and this is just one of the many places relatively close to be able to get to. Just amazing what is out there! _________________ Wanderingsoul (Michelle)
