This past Saturday, we had a great trip up this iconic peak, and my friend Shawn (from CO), posted a nice write-up of our adventure here:

A word of advice, if you get the gear, the experience, and the right partners to climb with, do it! This one is not to be missed...

Do it! If you have the chance to do some climbing while you are able, do it! I may be past that, what with really messed up elbow, wrists, etc.

I'm workin' on it Elizabeth! Gotta get some experience, gotta find the time and the lead climber who is willing to go when I can go. That is a tough combination it seems! But I know it will happen!

I would lead it again, just let me know when........It is such a different perspective looking from the needle instead of looking at it....one of my favorite trips in the state.
