Who wants to play!? Todd and I will host a holiday party on December 19th 5 PM - ? for anyone interested. We will plan it just the same as we always have with the gift exchange and the pot luck and the friends and the good times. We have a pile of wood that could last all week for the fire pit!

Sorry there was not a poll for the date but this is the only date we have open in the month of December! Sure hope you can all make it. If not we will miss you and Santa will make sure no one says anything naughty about anyone who is not here or else ther will be coal in them there stockings!!

I will start a food list if anyone wants to throw something out there!

PM us for directions and address.

Food!

Todd and Diane -smoked something haven't decided yet
Jaimi- balls of meat
Linda- veggie tray
Ambika-Indian Rice Pulao
tibber- 14 different kinds of yummy cookies
wanderingsoul- stuffed mushrooms and something else still not sure what.
Tom and Tracy- smoked pork ribs and some Calico beans for a side.
Oliver99- fruit salad
RedRoxx44- a bottle of some sort of holiday libation

We're thinking of putting something on the smoker for the party. Maybe a brisket? What does everyone else have in mind?

Sande! I see you are signed up! Would you care to take on your traditional role of gift exchange guru?

Would it be ok to come later than 5pm? My mom is singing at her church and I would like to go and watch her!

Of course! Come when you will.... we will probably do the gift exchange around 8:00 or so.... I think that is the time frame that usually happens anyway. So if you are there for that great, if not that is cool too! Looks like it is gonna be a good time! Lots of friends to share time and stories with!!!

I will have cookies from a cookie exchange I am participating in so I can bring them. Is there a list of things you need? or want to have at the party? I am more than happy to bring something else as well.

Gosh, it's only 12 days away... like the 12 days of Christmas.

Merry Christmas

I am not going to make it...yikes...I realized I double booked and have a horse event to ride in and the logistics are already set.

So, who should I pass the torch to this year Diane?

I think JMZ Blond would be perfect!

I have the 'rules' the we used previously if you want me to post them.... Laughing

Sande J- Oh bummer! We will miss you! I am sorry you can't make it but I know your love for your horses! Have a great time and be safe! Don't worry about the gift exchange we will force someone into the position once every one is here!

tibber- Awesome! The cookies sound great! As far as anything else just look at the list above and if you have something you love to make (or hate to make but make it well) just let me know and I will put you on the list!
