Observed four very small snakes this week. Two were not rattlesnakes the other two I don't know. Those two startled me so I bad I took off like a chicken being chased by the Colonel. Sitting on the large rock next to Hieroglyphics Springs Trail, the one with the mortars (grinding stone) and the two just showed up on my boot. |

Have a couple of small woodpeckers greet me in the morning when I refill the birdfeeder, they are quite camera shy. |
