I have some old family photos that I'd like duplicated. Anyone have any experience and recommendation for a trustworthy outfit?

Thanks

Shawn if you have a scanner and a good printer, maybe you could scan them in and print them off yourself? Don't know exactly what you'd all need on your comuter and printer but I'm sure someone here would know.

I've too have some old photos. Just need to get a new printer/scanner (my printer died) to try it out to see how it would work out and if the quality was good enough for what I wanted.

One more thing I thought of is CVS. They have those photo scanners there. You have to stand and scan them in separately, but once you have all you want scanned, you can go back to edit them some, crop, brightness etc an when you are done it will print out a copy on photo paper depending on how you requested. All on one sheet you have to cut or individually. I think the smallest one was 4 x 6 size.
If you catch it on sale I think it is like 19 or 29 cent per photo. I'f you don't have hoards to do that might also be an option for you.
I have done that for a small amount of old black and white pics my niece wanted. It worked out well and the pictures came out as good a quality as the original. You don't have the ability to restore or do anything to fix the picture in great detail but if you only want a copy this did just fine.
