Having your stuff raided by animals is an "user error" preventable by some prior planning.

Ravens are known for destroying packs, opening zippers, etc.

The Outsak manufacturer addresses these issues and gives preventative suggestions on their website

im highly certain that a raven cannot enter an Ursack and definatley will have a wake-up when it tries to open a Palisade

Wow that palisade bag is $$$$$$$> PRICEY.

I would only carry that if I had too. Only if required. I would rent it instead of buying it.

yes, i agree the price is high.. BUT, how much do you value having your food in order if you are on a 55 mile stretch of trail without the option of a re-supply? priceless
