Notice in yesterday's Republic that beginning Jan. 1, 2009 your vehicles license plate frame cannot cover the states' names. I just checked my AZH frame and the top half of ARIZONA is covered by the frame. Now I think(?) that will satisfy most cops; but the "strictly by the book" cop can nail you and it can cost you a $135. fine.

When the Man waked up he said, "What is Wild Dog doing here?" And the Woman said, "His name is not Wild Dog anymore, but the First Friend, because he will be our friend for always and always and always. Take him with you when you go hunting."

Boy, they just get you coming and going, don't they? The state is broke, so they are gonna make money on license plate violators?
