Well...after a whirlwind year of change with work, school, a parental illness and just plain craziness in my life I am off to Utah for two weeks of spiritual change and an attitude adjustment.

I've been off the boards for a good portion of 2008 due to all of the above. My dad's open heart surgery last year really hit home with me and made me realize how much I value him as my dad and as my friend, as much as he irritates me most times. Mom and I almost lost him last year and as much as he aggravates us now, there will be a day when he is gone that I will really feel the loss.

School is making me totally crazy. You try writing a thesis. Two words...IT SUCKS...too much research..and it's exhausting.

SOOOO I am off to Utah for two weeks. Arches, Canyonlands, Horseshoe Canyon...and an all day excursion in Navajoland. I will do a write up when I return

I think I need a vacation. Or at least a road trip
Confused

Have an awesome time. I was trying to pull up your itinerary and had no luck recovering it. If you haven't left already and can zip it over that would be awesome.
