Had a friend bring in the Ab Ripper X today, just watching the video made me tired. Looks pretty intense. Still waiting for my set to come in. Can't wait to start it in Italy though. I'm sure it will be a shock to the system.

Eh, you'll do great. Your a motivated guy. Don't know if the AF has Iron Man awards for Maxing the PT Tests, but probably so. You'll be able to Ace that!

Good Luck in Italy and enjoy the sites and the Mts. Be sure to send us some pics of your adventures there. Take Care Tim

Tim

AF Italy.!!!. Going to Aviano.???.
My daughter went there to visit a friend there last summer.

She met a lot of the AF people there that work on the flight line.
Some have left, some will be leaving soon.
A few are on MySpace.

If your interested she might be able to hook you up with a few people.
Dan

Those of you that are using this ...
What are you using for the "chin up bar" stuff?

Did you get some kind of bar?
or are you just not doing those workouts?

Thanks for the info.

I got the Everlast multi-function bar at Sport Chalet and cut down a lat bar that I already owned to bolt on for the wide grip, so it looks just like the p90x bar. It works great in a doorway but I use it on a porch beam that I modified so I can get full extension without having to hold my legs up. I didn't want all the 'extra effort' of additional core work because I figured it might cheat me out of the full 90 days Smile (it didn't) You can't really do the program and not do the pull ups... Stay strong my friends... pete

I believe it came from Bed Bath and Beyond....although the pull up part of it doesn't seem to be working yet Rolling Eyes

That is funny! Do you also wear the blue shorts while you workout like Michael Richards?
