WOW...did y'all check out this guy's portfolio? It's really impressive. I'm wondering if maybe this photo was taken in Goblin Valley in Utah since they have some pretty unique rock formations there.

His Gallery in Sedona is worthy of a visit. Too bad all that destructive behavior of his sort of soured me a bit.

in places that say no fires and scarring the formations to get his photos....heck he might even be in jail right now!

I can't understand how someone who can appreciate the beauty of nature and capture it so beautifully in a picture, could also be so foolish to do that.

Known as the "Teapot" at Fantasy Canyon near Vernal Utah. Some German tourists reported finding the formation toppled on the canyon floor after a significant microburst in the area. Vandelism has not been ruled out. This is a small area of BLM land in the midst of oil fields.
While the photographer may be a jerk, nature is the shining star here. And will survive probably our best and ignorant efforts to both protect and destroy her.
