I love this title. The contest is being sponsored by the Arizona State Parks.

I have a lot of fun taking pictures of kids....this is one of my favorites.

Why not try to submit the pic you got of mike in his hammock with the flowers? _________________ But let the mind beware, that though the flesh be bugged, the circumstances of existence are pretty glorious

I'm not sure that's the kind of encouragement the kids need. (How do you add pics to a forum post? I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the thread.) _________________ "Your day-glo ballet days are over." Ancient chinese proverb.

What a great idea!
Too many kids being left inside these days.

Let me try and explain it here:
click the little Img button then insert the url from your actual picture loaded in an album somewhere, not the thumbnail but the actual picture. If you don't know it you can right click on the picture, go to properties, then copy the location. Then past it back into the thread after the [Img] brackets. then click the img button again. If you not sure if you got it right go to preview before posting.
Example

Hope that makes any sense. |

No problem. Thanks for saving me the trouble of posting the pic myself. Now that it's up, does anyone think that the pic fits the theme of the contest?

I think children need to know what's really out there, waiting for them in this wild world of adulthood. Go ahead and submit it, Matt! _________________ Anywhere is within walking distance if you spend the time. |

Yeah, but I don't think it fits the theme of encouraging kids to get outside....unless they get excited about the possibility of finding a drunk in the desert. Hmmm. Maybe we're on to something here.
Disclaimer: I'm not saying that our beloved MikeInFHAZ is a drunk. He's just playing one for a picture that is clearly a joke. _________________ "Your day-glo ballet days are over." Ancient chinese proverb.
