This is the absolute worst year I have ever had with breathing/ sinus/ etc. Has anyone else had these issues? It has definitely axed any local hiking activities I have left. I am always ill or congested or getting another infection, after being out it the "brown cloud" or wind. I live on ocean spray and more drugs than anyone should have to take and have tried every natural method I know of. So annoying to wake up with killer headaches and always feeling "off". Just zaps your energy! Mad I think that's why I like skiing so much...clean air at those elevations and feel great! ANyone know anthing new in that area other than more sinus surgeryn
