I'm headed up to Eagar with a group of about a dozen or so friends to enjoy some "small town" type Independence Day festivities. Elizabeth promises a pancake breakfast, a parade, an afternoon BBQ and fireworks at Lyman Lake.

We'll be camping at the East Fork of the Black River for the rest of the week.

Just wondering what everyone else has planned. We always have room for a few more. (Look at me inviting people to Elizabeth's place, can't wait until she sees that Rolling Eyes)

All of the kiddos are gone so I might just try and get a dayhike in. Someplace to escape the heat. (Not that I'm a sissy or anything, Embarassed and I know I won't get any sympathy from you Phoenix people...112* yesterday??? Yikes!)

Hi Suz. My head's in a little better place today.
I'm first going up on top of my mountain then I'm going to the exact same place I made my first attempt at shooting fireworks which is right across the street from my place. I'm going to try to shoot the perfect fireworks.

On Duty. Folks heading to the White Mountains. Make you pictures rival the ones in the July issue of Arizona Highways.

I'm looking at hiking Buffalo Mountian (12,777') In the Gore Range/Eagles Nest Wilderness. I've been wanting to do it since I first saw it when I first traveled west arcoss I-70 through Silverthorn.

Me and the "Fam" will be watching fireworks above the illuminated Niagara Falls from the Rainbow Bridge!! It should be awesome... I can't wait!

I'll leave here on Tuesday, and come back the following Monday, a NEW woman!! Look out! LOL
