As most of you may recall, a chiro caused herniation of a disc almost 2 yrs. ago and it has taken this long to get an expert review($$) to see if I have a lawsuit. What I have learned is that any practitioner you may see, be it m.d, d.o., p.t., massage, naturopath, chiro, etc. etc; these people are so protected that if your procedure results in damage to you, you have no recourse, as long as they have followed their little"protocol'.It would cost a fortune and not be worth the end result.
My only option is to file a formal complaint due to the reviewer's opinion of this practioner's shoddy and incomplete exam, which did not include x-rays or an orthopedic exam as a first time patient. There is also another person who was damaged by this practitioner. I do not want this to happen to anyone else, so I shall do what I can to call attention to this practitioner before she can damage anyone else. (Heat, I am still putting off surgery. Did look up your Doc., though.)

Good Luck with all of this...you have to do what you can. Sometimes the waiting and the steps towards the end seem endless. Hopefully it all ends good for you. I do admire that you are looking out for others. God Bless you in this journey.

Thanks, Linda... Had this person been more thorough, perhaps she would'nt have done this adjustment, as I felt it the moment it happened...I am going for it!!
