Are we gonna have the 5th Annual West Fork Wade ? Who is coming ? Which weekend works ?

What is it: The West Fork Wade is a canyoneering adventure which begins at the top of the rim and follows the West Fork of Oak Creek 14 miles to the trailhead at Call of the Canyon. There is a possibility it will require some short swims (hopefully), but there is no technical climbing required

I would like to do it again, my calendar isn't planned out that far in advance but I voted for the 11/12th.

I think NOAA is predicting monsoonal downpour & catastrophic flash floods for AUG 4th & 5th, so I vote for the placid weather we'll be experiencing the 11th & 12th..... Razz

Yeah your right, I think there was a 40% chance of afternoon thunderstorms for the 2nd thru 8th of August. Hmmm, lets see what it says come then, I bet I'm close Smile

I have tried to make this the last 2 years and strange things happened to keep me out. Like Tim said, this is a little far out on my calendar, but I really want to do this. As far as which weekend, I have no preference. As long as I know a month or so in advance I should be good.

Either weekend works for me; I'll do support and probably stay at the same RV park as last year.....hopefully without the rain! Rolling Eyes
