Everyone seems to be in great shape.
Whenever I have to go to the doctor they ask me if I'm alive after reading my blood pressure and pulse. Years of bicycle riding and hiking have done something I guess. Feels good but to tell the truth, I just after the endorphins. best drug there is _________________ Seize from every moment its unique novelty and do not prepare your joys

That goes for pumpkin HMO's too! Gotta start monitoring blood glucose levels; took Rx's to Safeway pharmacy; they couldn't fill Rx's 'cause pumpkin Pacificare HMO wants to have their supplier issue the monitor.....and I'm sure they get some sort of kickback!
"We'll try to get that monitor to you in two to three business days." So I ask, "Is this same monitor available at Safeway pharmacy?" Answer, "We are the only ones who can issue you a monitor" So I ask again, "Is same monitor available at Safeway pharmacy?" She refused to answer me!
Every doctor I've ever talked to hates HMO's and so does every pharmacist I've ever talked to! Has to be the work of the devil.....or someone like

Flippin' Safeway won't fill the Rx for the monitor 'caused PacificCare refuses to cover it unless I get it through them! _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

Just crack that little "nutshell" you accumulated from working at BofA. You tight-wad.
We BofA customers signed it off as "Give to the Hooligan" fund anyways.
Good gawd. |

I know the rumor around AZH is, "Hooli's rich!" Well, think I told many of you about the woman I met that wasn't interested in getting into a relationship with any man that didn't make at least $100K a year.....and I told her I could do that, but I'd have to die in three years, (Wasn't much BS'ing her)......well, that was two years ago. Clearly, I haven't spent $100K a year, but do the math and ask yourselves....is Hooli rich? I'd happily sell my motorhome, but I financed 100% of it and selling it now and getting the best possible price, I'd still owe $12 to $15K to the bank. Yeah, I get So. Security.......add $70 bucks a month to that and it'd cover my house payment and motorhome payment.
So....please flush the "Hooli's rich" mentality where it belongs. _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

Hooli, no one cares about how rich you are. No one cares about how poor I am.... We care about each other around here, not how much money we make. You've told us multiple times how soon you have to die in order to quialify for that ladies attentions.... my advise would be to forget about her and live your life to the fullest with how ever much money you have and stop worrying about it! We love ya Hooli no matter how much money you do or don't have! Nuf said! _________________ ~~~Diane~~~

See........I heard..........Hooli IS Rich---as in a personality comparison not $$..........but it appears more like Rich IS Hooli.
Seriously, been thinking about retirement a lot this last week. Funny you should bring it up here in the blood pressure thread. I have about 8 more years before my state retirement kicks in. That amount is clearly less than I will need to live on. Thankfully I have some low risk investments. I'd be a nervous wreck if I was gambling with my life's savings in the stock market.
I wonder what a better way to prepare for retirement might be? Anyone got investment tips? Ever consider retiring and working a part time job? I need an instructional assistant. |

Can't say I've ever given a thought as to how anybody here sits on the social financial scale. _________________ "Surely all God's people, however serious or savage, great or small, like to play.
