I'm big on Clif Shots, Mocha flavor with caffeine, and I don't find them too often anymore. They used to have them at Trader Joe's in Tucson, for example, but stopped carrying them. Now if I'm out of town I look for them in bike shops. So I convinced the manager at Western Drug in Springerville to start carrying them! So now I can go buy them anytime I want, for only 89 cents each!

I prefer the Luna Bars for women Wink, Snickers Marathon Bars, and definitely prefer GU gels over Cliff shots or any type of gels.

I have never seen where to buy GU, believe it or not, although I keep seeing you guys posting about it. I haven't seen it in Flagstaff, for example. But I just love mocha and also chocolate Clif Shots--reminds me of sneaking big spoonfuls of Hershey's Hot Fudge Sundae topping out of the jar in the fridge when my mother wasn't looking. Yum, yum! Plus, the caffeine gives me a kick in the behind about the time I'm starting to get tired. I have tried the other flavors--strawberry, cola, etc., didn't like them at all.

I buy Clif Bars, too, but I rarely can eat a whole one. I end up having all these half-eaten Clif Bars in the bottom of my pack. Too chewy for me. I like the apricot ones, but again, very hard to find. Trader Joe's had them last time I went there, though.
