Has anyone ever been to any of the following?: Treasure Canyon-off the Hassayampa River near Wickenburg(also called Mystery Canyon)rated #3 ; Cottonwood Canyon,off Frazier trailhead,near Roosevelt rated #3, 6 mi one way; Black Canyon near Bumble Bee 7 miles r/t rated #4-5 ?? Saw these in Az ,"The Rep", and kept articles.All have water and look really interesting,kind of remote . Question

I was able to find these on the topp. Not so certain of the Cottonwood, that topo must be pretty old. They all look interesting.

Christine Maxa has quite a way with words - those are really poetic descriptions.
Maybe a little fanciful, too - a bustle of turtles and garter snakes would be a
good Disney theme. I did some trail work on the Cottonwood Canyon trail a few
years back when it became part of the Arizona Trail, and didn't catch that
beautiful waterfall, though I think I remember that spot. It was quite hot
and deserty, so I think a visit in the spring would be best, before that
ephemeral water evanesces.
