Yes, you too can now practice how to drive while intoxicated!

Not really. It's intended to make you see the difference between how well you perform normally and how limited your resources when you're intoxicated.

Reading all the posts I know that nobody here is irresponsible enough to drive while intoxicated. And I mean that in all seriousness and sincerity.
