Say, how's the water supply in the western Supes this year? I'm planning a trip on the east side the first week of March, and I might wander farther west if there's water. I know it's a bit early to estimate March, but hey, it's only a month away. |

Charlebois, La Barge and Bluff Springs are good. Whiskey is questionable.
Lower La Barge Box usually has water available in the large potholes. Willow Springs has water but is off trail and difficult to reach.
If we get some good spring rains like we did last February, you will encounter plenty of water in most any drainage you encounter.
Hope this helps. Your planned itinerary sounds great! _________________ Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. |
