Mazatzal Water Conditions?

I've got a friend flying out from back east to do four days in the Mazzy's around mid April.

I realize things can change quickly, but has anyone been in there that can comment on the water conditions? We are interested in Mountain, Chilson, Club, Fuller, Etc. He would like to do a trans-wilderness hike from Beeline to Sheep Bridge.

About a year ago Chilson was a trickle, but then all you need is a trickle. Club was dry.
