Thanks everybody! Michelle, lately I've just been trying to find anything to keep me active. Summertime has been really lazy for me the last few years, this year I was able to change that just a little bit.

After hiking this weekend I got off a little early today and thought about hitting Squaw Peak after work. Instead I got in a 13 mile bike ride.

Oh and I while peacefully riding down the road I got stung by a porridge bee.
