Yestaday about 6;40 a.m., I went over to Papago to do my 4 mile hill scramble/ walk thingy and it was fairly clear. It's the first time i had been outdoors doing anything in the valley, since the Ides of summer hit.
I had a slight headache when I returned and ended up with a sinus migraine and nausea that put me down for the whole rest of the day and also a little funky today. My Dr. said that there is no med. for pollution and particultes and that seems to be my sensitivity. I guess I'll have to drive North or wait until after a rain( if there ever is one.) What a bummer...I HATE always being in the gym...I miss it out there!! Crying or Very sad

One reason for increase of pollution and high particulates is this past week I have seen the mowers out to cut the grass real low for reseeding for winter grass. There was so much dust being blown up yesterday, it was barely visible to drive through.

I think it is ridiculous to have green winter lawns, and cause so much pollution making them.

My allergies usually start this time of year and I have not symptoms or problems because I am eating more natural foods and eliminated most simple sugars and processed food from my diet. This in turn decreases the inflammatory process and helps your immune system.
