Saw this buried in a post about trekking poles on another site.

These things look very interesting. Not bank breakers either.

The symptoms they mention here are exactly what I suffer from when my knees act up. Usually from excessive boulder hopping.

I guess these things are really growing in popularity.

Good thing for old folks like you, Tom.....I'll have to wait 'til I'm old enough for my knees to act up Rolling Eyes

You can buy these at local sporting good stores. You can also use a jumpers knee strap and it will do the same for less. Some are more comfortable than this model.
