Quite the show from the 23rd floor over downtown at the moment. Does not bode well for the commute tho.

Lots of thunder, lightning and rain coming down in buckets! More like a monsoon storm than early spring shower! By bird baths are over half full in less than 15 minutes...at least 1/2 inch!

Amazing amount of rain out here. Had to cancel a trip to the Zoo with the kids today because of the cloud to ground strikes. We'll try again next week.

Incredible down pour right now....perfect for an evening at home......making for a messy LPGA tournament out this way.......perhaps it will decrease the traffic a bit.

Looks like tomorrow should be a similar day. Very Happy

All this rain and me heading out for the weekend to explore some ruins and waterfalls. How terrific is that?

I'm packed and ready for an adventure!

Mr. Green

Sounds like the Phoenix area got a lot more rain than us near Tucson. The rain gauge here in Sahuarita picked up almost a half inch. Forecast is for 4-8 inches of snow in the mountains above 7,000 ft! Whooo-hooo! Very Happy

The snow level was the very top of Mt Elden--it looked like frosting.
