I did a translation on http://babelfish.altavista.com from Russian to English:

Dear friends! The store of tourist equipment "K2" in connection with the discovery of its first store in Kiev, declares photo-competition in the quite prikol'noye and interesting tourist photo. To the participation in the competition start the photographs, which earlier were not published on other sites and they are the property of a participant in the competition. Competition will pass from 1 October, 2003, through 1 March, 2004. Sums will be supplied during 5 days at the end and published on the site. The conquerors of this competition will be determined by means of the voting on the site, and then by selection of 20 first 3 prize-winners. Estimation and summing up of the results of competition will accomplish the representative of tourist store "K2". Each visitor can vote for any with that pleased to it photograph, but only for one and not more than one time for the elongation of entire competition. All voices will be takeed into account and will be formed the twenty rouble note of the best photographs, among which will be determined the conquerors. Prizes for the conquerors of competition also allows store "K2": I place - selection of any equipment in the store "K2" for sum of 100 to u.e. II place - selection of any equipment in the store "K2" for sum of 50 to u.e. III place - discount map to the purchase of any equipment in the store "K2" with the reduction in 5% for period 1 of year. Prizes can be will be obtained in the store "K2" with the address: Kiev, Kharkov highway, 8. Having been preliminarily connected on telephone (044) 573-58-28. If conqueror does not be able itself to take away the selected goods in the store, because of the stay in other city or any other, then prize can be sent to him on the mail for his calculation. On all questions, connected with conducting of competition you can be turned with address k2@travel.org.ua For the participation in the competition, you should send qualitative photograph with the description with address k2@travel.org.ua. In the text of letter indicate your name and surname or is no, and also telephone or e-mail the address, with which with you it is possible to be connected. Each of the participants can send several photographs, in this case the rating will be calculated for each photograph separately.
