We have the capability to show who's on-line at any given time but have opted out of doing so until now. Any ArizonaHikers.com member who wishes their on-line status to remain hidden can make it so by checking the "Hide your online status:" box in their profile.
So, should we show who's on-line? _________________ John Richardson and Richie Rich, El Perro de Playero

When the Man waked up he said, "What is Wild Dog doing here?" And the Woman said, "His name is not Wild Dog anymore, but the First Friend, because he will be our friend for always and always and always. Take him with you when you go hunting."

Since I brought the subject up I'll go first. I would like the capability of knowing who is on the site when I am on. I have been on other forums where we had the capability and I liked it. We are all adults and I don't believe any one would use the option to any harm.... Having the option to opt out makes it doable for every one.... _________________ ~~~Diane~~~

I have no qualms about anyone knowing I'm on the site. _________________ Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. |

I don't have any problem with people knowing I'm online. I know I talked to Mike about this early on and we thought maybe it would make people nervous if their status was shown. I guess now is the time for us to make a decision as a group. _________________ Steve |

Well, I suppose that if people knew that I was goofing around on the internet when I should be working....
They wouldn't feel so guilty about doing it too, and we could all have more fun! Go for it...
