The Coconino National Forest will be OPEN as of Sunday, July 2, 2006 at 8:00 EXCEPT for the Red Rock District.

All restrictions will remain in effect: Hoot Owl, Campfire & Smoking
Restrictions, Off-road driving, etc. [Forest Order]

928-226-4601.

and is West Fork in Coconino, Prescott or Kiabab National Forest?

Yes, West Fork is in the Red Rock District. There's still more than a month to go, so if the monsoon is reallly here, as it seems to be, maybe they'll get enough rain to open that area soon. my fingers are crossed
