I have tried ( for the first time) Allergy 10 plus added with the Allergy 10 booster plus from Hi Health. Sort of a natural remedy was my choice and it seems to help. They need to be taken on a regular basis like a vitamin and you take the booster when you have a flare up. I am not huge into putting alot of medications into my body unless absolutely neccessary. If it gets really bad though, I will take a benedryl and I also have a nasal spray called Rhinocort. This season has certainly tested me, and I work outside all day. _________________ And this our life, exempt from public haunt,

I got prescribed zyrtec about a month ago. At first i was only taking it every few days, but then I started paying more attention to my body and the days I didn't take it I was having a big problem with sneezing and red itchy eyes. So I started taking it every day and it helps a lot. |

All natural method to keep allergies in check; 1 tablespoon of locally harvested honey per day. The bees pick up pollen from all the plants that are causing the allergies, they then partially process them for you and you introduce them to your system in a toned down variant which allows your immune system to develop just the right antibodies (anti-hystemines) to block the allergents.
