Drove this road on Sunday in our 2003 Jetta. It was dry except where it crossed Buckskin Wash. Some portions of the road, however, were heavily rutted due to use during wetter periods within the past few weeks. No major problems, however. Crossing Buckskin was no problem. There are some minor rocks jutting up from the roadway along its course, and if you're in a low-clearance vehicle you'll need to pay attention to those, especially after Buckskin, because the road gets a little worse there. I managed to pull some plastic off the underside of the front bumper on the way down, due to a momentary lapse of attention, but I was able to avoid the same pitfall on the drive back out.
That concludes my report. Wink
