I have seen this picture somewhere in the past few days. At first glance it appears to be taken by a camera setup with a flash and motion detector.
However, I think it's faked. Neither the lion nor the deer appear to be running. I don't believe a lion can creep up this close to a live deer. I'd guess that either the deer is stuffed or both are stuffed.

My photo is definitely fake, I found it on the web. My first thought when I saw Sredfield's photo was the same as aziker96, how'd the lion get so close without the deer hightailing it out of there?

Oh here I was going to say something so profound like
"could it be the shutter speed of the camera catching them in practically still motion?" DUH!!!
