When the Man waked up he said, "What is Wild Dog doing here?" And the Woman said, "His name is not Wild Dog anymore, but the First Friend, because he will be our friend for always and always and always. Take him with you when you go hunting."

Yea, the add was released in Europe a little over a year ago. It's pretty sweet. The guys that made it apparently also have another video that lasts for something like 15 minutes that is basically the same thing. Some Honda executives saw the video and wanted them to do a similar commercial. I read another article where (if I remember correctly) it was something like the 600th take when they finally got it right. _________________ "Only small minds want always to be right."

That really is amazing footage. Timing is everything...
I don't care if it was the 1,000,000th take. It was perfectly orchestrated. And truly a solid, complete, uncut clip according to the reviews. |

Oh, no question it's amazing - I just wonder why we haven't seen it on U.S. television. _________________ "Only small minds want always to be right."

From a marketing perspective the ad wouldn't work in North America. It's for the right-hand drive version (AKA European) Accord. In North America that car is marketed as the Acura TSX and the wagon version isn't avaliable here. |
