Cottonwood Camp, Raves??

I went out to Cottonwood Camp a couple of days ago, found some Forest service types there. Seems that the area has been being used for Raves Friday and Saturday nights, lots of graffiti on the old concrete structures along with lots of trash, old carpets etc. The road in had some trash on it also, then the rest rooms at the parking area near the entrance, well, the windows were kicked out, and generally trashed also. Wonder why destruction is the one thing people think of when they get too wound up on drugs or booze, or whatever they are into? I sure hope the FS gets the bathrooms fixed, and perhaps tone down the parties out there. I use this area from time to time and it sure has gone down hill in the last year.

this is obviously not the Grand Canyon Cottonwood camp... so where is it/closest redneck town?
