I've managed to get out a couple times so far this Spring, and wow the flowers are amazing in the desert right now. Especially in the Seven Springs/Cave Creek area where I managed to get lots of really cool photos... Anyway, just thought I would share a couple short trip reports from the last few weeks in case anyone is thinking about getting out.

Isn't Revis a Cool place! If you go when the orchards bear apples, you get an added treat. Lot of history and hikes in the Supersitions

And the pics of Seven Springs/Cave Creek were pretty. Ok, well maybe pretty isn't the word you'd like to hear, but that was my view
Especially liked the side of hill covered in Poppies with the Cactus poking up.
Delicate looking flower the poppy. You'd think conditions would be too harsh here, eh, but they grow. Unusual combo poppies & cactus. Something you wouldn't expect to see together in a desert area, huh

The creek shot with poppies covering the hill and creek with water was nice too. Don't usually expect to see water in the desert areas, but you will find it after rains or certain times of season.
Always nice to be able to get those shots.

Thanks for sharing
