I still have a ways to go with this silly knee, but I did manage to go play a bit this weekend. A friend from work and I went up to the Canyon on Saturday and wandered up the Battleship. On the way out there, we met Max, who has posted here once in a while. He joined us and together we all hauled ourselves up to the top of the Battleship and back. What a great day!

Hank

The Battleship...

Good to know that you are healing well....I am sure with the Cyn so close, getting there often and wandering about will strengthen that "silly knee" and you'll be good as new again. Ok

Thanks to all for the encouragement! I was wavering a bit, but I've decided to try another hike this weekend. Well actually it's Saturday through Wednesday. I'm headed out with some crazy folks in an attempt to get to (or near) the summit of Isis Temple. Wish me luck.... Hiking

Glad I met up with you guys...it sure was a fun day, despite the various scrapes and bruises. There were some tricky spots for sure!!

Max, great photos! Thanks!! It was really a great day, and if you don't leave a bit of skin or blood along the way, you're just not having enough fun.... Wink
